Toby, always worried about nature's creatures, put out bread crumbs and water for the birds. Sadie, always worried about her next meal, decided to enjoy Toby's generosity.
Today we took a jaunt over to the park. Sadie really wanted to run and run, but I'm not running much these days, and Toby is nursing a sore calf, so we mostly wandered around and Sadie ate lots of snow.
She really prefers the ice on top of the snow rather than the snow itself, so we helped her out with that, too.
Toby took some very fabulous artsy photos...did you know that snow makes you look 20 pounds heavier? :)
Off to do some errands and visit some friends now that the worst of the ice has melted. Happy snow day, everybody!
