Cute kids at law school reunion

Unfortunately Autumn and Dave had to sprint out of town while they had sleeping babies, so they missed our photo ops.  Here are the rest of us...

Left to right - The Coopers, then David, Meredith (Werner) and Natalie Dinkins, then Richard, Michelle and Rawls Barnett, then Avery, Jess and Henry Telligman.

New friends Annie (2), Natalie (2 1/2), Henry (6 months) and Rawls (2 1/2) .  Sam and Ty (4 months) aren't pictured.  The videos that Jess posted on her blog of us trying to get all the kids to look at us are hilarious.  Annie, Natalie and Rawls are all going to be big siblings in the next few months, so our next big reunion could involve up to 9 kids.  This may be enough to terrify us into moms-only reunions for a while. :)

Law School Friends Reunion (preview)

Reunions with my law school girls used to be primarily focused on dancing, drinking and gossiping, usually involved a wedding or bachelorette party and often included a smattering of husbands/significant others trying to keep one eye on us and the other on their beer.  Today's reunion will be focused on which kids have which illness, which pregnant belly is the biggest (clearly mine, though I have the farthest due date), and how Heather likes partnership at a big law firm.  Oh how the world has changed.

So, what do you get when you take:
6 friends plus
6 husbands plus
6 kids plus
3 pregnant bellies plus
2 sets of nursing breasts?

A whole different kind of fun. Can't wait to start!

Valentine's Day niece!

We are so excited to have a new niece!  Ellie Beth McGregor Tosh was born this morning around 10 AM (England time).  Beth delivered Ellie via a water birth, so now we have a water-birth expert in the family should you need her expertise in the future.  Ellie weighed in at a healthy 8 pounds 2 ounces, quite a bit smaller than big sister Millie.  We hear that everybody is doing well, and James is getting used to the idea of being bossed around by 3 women for the rest of his life.

Congratulations to Beth, James and Millie!
