Despite my best efforts at gender neutrality, Annie chose from the library four books about ballet and Finn will only read books about animals or trucks, with a definite preference for trucks. Sigh.
You are describing my life. I bought baby dolls for the boys for Christmas (thinking they could use some work on "gentle"). Dave was not happy. Turns out they could care less about the baby dolls, all they want to play with are trucks. I am losing the gender equality war.
