Reflections on Halloween craziness
One year, our cute family of four will have a very sweet Halloween photo where nobody looks completely crazed and everybody is smiling nicely and looking in the same direction. I will probably frame that photo and hang it on the wall, but it will also make me a touch sad for the "good old days." Feel free to remind me that whatever image I have in my mind of the "old days" is a complete misrepresentation of the actual events. The photos below are the accurate representations...

You know I was saying something similar to the photographer we used this fall, and she told me that photographing 2-3 year olds is actually her favorite (despite the crazy) because once they hit 5 or 6, they just sit there and smile on cue, and you lose all the joy and spontaneity. So, at least we have plenty of spontaneity in our lives (and photos) right now!!
